Information we collect
Through our enquiry forms we collect your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, student class, subject, board, locality, tuition preference, budget and timing. Tutors additionally submit qualification details, experience and identity documents.
How we use it
- To contact you about your tuition enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
- To match your requirement with suitable tutors from our panel
- To verify tutor identity and qualifications before assignment
- To maintain attendance, fee and progress records for active students
Sharing
Student contact details are shared with an assigned tutor only after you approve that tutor. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Retention and removal
Enquiry records are retained for follow-up purposes. To have your data removed, email versatiletutors1@gmail.com or call +91 8010155694 and we will delete it.
