Terms & Conditions
The basic rules that keep tuition predictable for students, parents and tutors.
Service
Versatile Tutors arranges home and online tuition by matching students with tutors from its panel. Teaching is delivered by the assigned tutor; we coordinate scheduling, verification, attendance and payments.
Fees and payment
- Monthly fees are confirmed in writing before regular classes begin
- Fees are payable in advance for each teaching month unless agreed otherwise
- Any change in frequency or subjects may revise the monthly fee
Scheduling and cancellations
- Classes cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice are rescheduled at no cost
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may be treated as classes conducted
- Tutor-side cancellations are always rescheduled or adjusted in the next invoice
Direct engagement
Parents agree not to engage an introduced tutor outside the Versatile Tutors arrangement during the engagement period, so that verification, replacement and payment protections remain valid.
