Refund Policy
Our aim is a fair outcome: either the right tutor, or your money back for classes not taken.
Demo class
The first demo class is free. Nothing is charged if you decide not to continue.
Tutor replacement first
If you are not satisfied with the assigned tutor, tell us within the first week. We arrange a replacement tutor at no additional cost — this is usually faster and better for the student than a refund.
Refunds
- Fees for classes not yet conducted are refunded in full when you cancel mid-month, minus classes already taken
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
- Classes already conducted are non-refundable
